So here in the UK the Lunar Eclipse of September 2025 was well underway before it came above my horizon, tantalisingly I was given a few very early glimpses as it peaked from behind clouds as it climbed into view. In those sparse views I might have been able to persuade myself that there was a tinge of red to it. Unfortunately once above the cloud line the blood had drained but I captured 2000 frames that were then aligned, registered and stacked before some post processing to un-blur the image. No blood but the shadow of the Earth still visible.
